By accessing and using BangFlazz ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. BangFlazz reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

BangFlazz provides an online game top-up and digital goods purchasing service. We act as an intermediary between you and game publishers/distributors to deliver in-game currency, items, and subscriptions.

• We support games including PUBG Mobile, Mobile Legends, Free Fire, Genshin Impact, and more.
• All top-ups are processed through verified third-party providers.
• Delivery times may vary but are typically instant to within 5 minutes.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
• You may register using email/password or Telegram authentication.
• One account per person. Multiple accounts may be terminated.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this platform.

• Accuracy: You are responsible for entering the correct Player ID / Game ID. BangFlazz is not liable for incorrect deliveries due to wrong IDs.
• Payment Methods: We accept KHQR and ABA Pay. All prices are displayed in USD.
• Wallet Top-Up: Funds added to your BangFlazz wallet are non-refundable but can be used for any purchase on the platform.
• Processing: Orders are processed automatically. Once an order is confirmed and delivered, it cannot be reversed.

• Refunds are only issued if we fail to deliver the purchased item within 24 hours.
• Refunds due to incorrect Player ID / Game ID provided by the user will not be granted.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase.
• Approved refunds will be credited to your BangFlazz wallet balance.

• Your wallet balance is maintained in USD.
• Wallet top-ups are final and non-refundable to your bank account.
• BangFlazz reserves the right to freeze wallet balances in cases of suspected fraud.
• Inactive accounts (no activity for 12 months) may have their wallet balance forfeited.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for money laundering or illegal activities
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform
• Resell purchased items for profit without authorization
• Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the platform
• Attempt to access other users' accounts

BangFlazz is not responsible for:

• Downtime or service interruptions from game publishers
• Changes in game pricing by publishers or distributors
• Loss of in-game items due to actions by the game publisher
• Network or connectivity issues on the user's end

All content on BangFlazz, including logos, design, and text, is the property of BangFlazz Co., Ltd. Game logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
